Software & Services

Adobe Creative Cloud is where most of my photo, design, and layout work still happens. I use Lightroom and Photoshop the most, with the rest of the suite coming in when a project needs it.
Airtable is where I put information that has outgrown a spreadsheet but does not need a full app. It is useful for planning, tracking, and keeping messy projects from living only in my head.
Audio Hijack is what I use when Mac audio needs to go somewhere it normally does not want to go. It handles routing, recording, and odd little audio problems that would otherwise waste my afternoon.
Backblaze runs in the background and keeps me from trusting myself to remember backups. That is the whole reason it is here.
Descript is a fast, text-based audio and video editor I use for quick edits, screen recordings, and rough cuts before polishing in other tools.
Final Cut Pro is where most of my video work ends up after the rough pieces are in place. I know it well enough to move fast, which matters more to me than chasing every new editing app.
Krisp cleans up meeting audio when I am somewhere noisy or using a less-than-perfect setup. I do not need it every day, but I am glad it exists when I do.
OpenCode Go is my go-to for affordable open-source models to use with my own AI agents and coding tools.
Parallels Desktop is for the times I still need Windows or another operating system on my Mac. I would rather not reboot just to check one thing.
PIA is the VPN I use when I want a little more control over where my connection appears to come from. It is not exciting, but it does the job.
ScreenFlow is still one of the easiest ways for me to record a screen, camera, and mic without turning a simple tutorial into a production.
Visual Studio Code is my default editor when I am working on web projects, scripts, notes, or anything that needs more structure than a plain text window.
